Livestock Shipping Information.
In general we prefer to sell our livestock locally, but we feel that we should make our quarantined animals available to everyone.  If you do wish to make a purchase and do not live within our service area we will ship to you on an individual basis.  Please understand that we have no knowledge of your system and are not in control of the animals care once it leaves our office.  Therefore, we do not guarantee livestock that is being shipped.  Although, if you do have a problem call us immediatly so we can figure out what happened and resolve the situation.
The Ordering Process.
If you decide that you would like to place an order to be shipped please give us a call and we will the start the process for filling your order.

Step 1
- Call us with a list of the livestock that you wish to purchase from the availability lists on this website.

Step 2 - We will confirm that we have what you have chosen and discuss a bit about your system and make certain that your choices are compatible with your current stock and answer any questions that you have about the animals you have chosen.

Step 3 - We will send you an e-mail with pictures of the exact items that you will be sent along with a total quote including shipping. 

Step 4 - Once you have confirmed your order and payment is received, your livestock will then be separated out and prepared for shipping.  The order will usually ship out 6 days from the date of order confirmation.  This allows us to feed well and closely observe and then allow a couple days to "clean out" the fish by allowing them to fast for a couple days.

Step 5 - The livestock is professionally packed up for shipping and brought to the drop off site.  Next Day Air Only.

Step 6 - Receive your order and please call or e-mail us to let us know that the order has arrived and let us know the condition.  If there are any problems we need to know as soon as possible, but we also would like to know that you received everything in good order as well.
