*** Emergency Service rates are charged from the time the Service Tech. leaves to get to the job location to the time of job completion. This is to include any time that may be necessary forthe Service Tech. to go out and aquire parts and/or other materials necessary to complete the job. The customer is responsible for the cost of parts and materials.

Drive time will be added to any services performed outside of designated route towns.
Customers that are not on-account must pay in-full at the time of service completion.
