Regular Maintenance Service.
		Aquatic Creations LLC is pleased to provide Regular Maintenance Service (Reg. Maint.) to our on-account clients.  This service is one of our primary functions and is available to provide long term success and enjoyment of a thriving aquarium system.  Reg. Maint. service is available for all aquarium systems in weekly, bi-weekly and monthly frequencies.  Most systems will require a minimum service frequency to meet the Complete System Criteria or CSC.  For example, a Mini-Reef or Planted System must be on a weekly frequency to meet CSC.  For clients having a new aquarium installed the CSC will already be in place at the quote accepted stage.  For clients with existing aquariums, an upgrade recommendation quote will be generated and once upgrades are completed, these systems will also meet CSC and qualify for all included benefits that are free with Reg, Maint. Included With Reg. Maint. Account.     Complete detailed cleaning of interior and exterior of the aquarium system.           Water changes as needed.  RO/DI reconstituted water is included.      Filtration system service.  Filtration media is included.      Water testing and conditioning as needed.      Maintain aquarium logbook.      All supplements and additives are included.      All foods and liquid filter feeder foods are included.      2 weeks of Vacation Feeding service.      Emergency Service.      For most Freshwater Systems the livestock is included.  For all other systems      there is a 30 day replacement guarantee on all livestock.      Decoration Rotation service for systems with synthetic decor.      Minor repair and installation of replacent parts at no labor charge.      Disease diagnostic services (Samples sent to veterinarian specializing in fish.)      CO2 canister refills and Ca reactor media.
			Pricing. Pricing for Reg. Maint. is based on an estimated hourly service time.  There is a 1 hour minimum at $65.00.  Additional time is broken into 15 minute increments at $16.25.  For example, a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium on a bi-weekly frequency meeting CSC will average at a 1.5 hour service time.  This would equal to $97.50 per visit or $195.00 a month.  Minor repairs and installation of replacement parts are included for Reg. Maint. clients.  Only the cost of the parts will be charged to the clients account.  Upon each service visit a hand written bill will be left for the client detailing the total charges for the visit and some notes.  The client may pay the bill upon receipt.  At the end of each month an account summary is generated and mailed out for all accounts with a total of the remaining balances for that month, this is the more commonly used method that clients seem to use for making payments.  Payments can be made by Cash, Check or Credit Card.  We use PayPal for credit card payments.
